Saint Paul is a Breton crêperie at Fresh Market in Bratislava — savoury galettes made from pure buckwheat, sweet crêpes, and Sorre cider from Normandy.
Inspired by Brittany, made with respect for the craft. We mix the batter by hand, cook every crêpe to order, and pour cider from the Sorre family cidery. No shortcuts — just buckwheat, Sel de Guérande butter and fresh produce, every day.

Every savoury galette is made with buckwheat flour alone — no wheat, naturally gluten-free. Not a supplement, not an exception: it is the heart of the kitchen. Sweet crêpes can be made in a buckwheat version on request.
